Refund Policy??

We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you receive a defective product, we will give you a 100% refund (provided you have not opened the packaging and the product seal is not broken). Returns for refunds must be received back at the warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery. When returning the goods, please include – order number, your name, product name and the reason why you are returning the goods. We do not refund users for postage costs for returning goods.

 Replacement of Product?

In some cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged as soon as possible and we dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner. Replacement is subject to our stock availability. If the replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
